Very attentive staff, fairly clean hotel, reasonably large room. Central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television in the room and the comfortable bed. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Location close to the modern city center of Samarkand and airport. And only a 5-minute walk from Registan. What an amazing stay, no complains at all.

Absolutely ridiculous! The beds were unbearable, not at all what one would expect from a supposedly nice hotel. Breakfast was an absolute mess, cleaning tables was like pulling teeth. To top it off, i was totally shortchanged on a room upgrade. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

Beautifully kept hotel, stayed here for 1 night and had a comfortable experience. Our room was immaculately clean with excellent beds, slept well. Location: the venue was adjacent to the modern city center of Samarkand, the Registan square, and airport and railway. There were a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Zlata Praha Restaurant that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

The Double or Twin Room was a gem, clean and tidy, with a view that had us snapping pics from the rooftop terrace of Sherdor Madrassi. Breakfast was a treat, super diverse with options that hit the spot! The staff laid down some spicy local tips which really elevated our dining game!
While we enjoyed our stay, the internet connection seemed like a game of hide-and-seek. Good for browsing but lagged out on the heavier stuff, tricky for our work needs. Still, the hotel had us feeling relaxed amidst the chaos.

great location but missing some amenities
The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Registan. The terrace offered amazing views of this iconic site. The staff were very helpful, accommodating our requests promptly. I particularly enjoyed the landmark view from my room.
The lack of additional amenities was noticeable.

I loved the amazing rooftop view during sunset and the great breakfast spread, though the shower could use a curtain. I'd definitely stay again!

Perfect Location Near Registan Square
I was thrilled with the fine view of Registan Square from the terrace. The staff were accommodating, assisting with our currency exchange and ensuring a smooth check-in process. I suggest adding shower curtains in the bathrooms, as water splashed everywhere during showers.
